The Beecologist

Welcome to The Beecologist. I’m a third year Biology undergrad branching out into a career in Conservation and Ecology Research Science, currently working on my dissertation on biodiversity within the context of rainforest fragmentation. I have a real passion for preserving and exploring the natural planet and I like to talk about it… a lot… So this blog is all of my newfound knowledge and excitement in this area so that my friends and family aren’t my only (suffering) audience. All this along with posts about my two lovely beehives, a bunch of houseplants and ways that I’m discovering we can all be a little more planet-friendly (on a student budget!).
